Refund policy
We want our products to bring you make you look and feel great so, if you’re not feeling it, Bogan Style products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- For free return postage please contact us at headbogan@boganstyle.com so we can email you a shipping label.
- Then, send your items back with the tags still attached, in their unworn, unwashed and fabulous original state.
- We will either issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit or replacement.
- If your payment method was Afterpay, rest easy knowing that your return will convert into a store credit. Then, you can shop again straight away without missing an instalment. On the flip side, if you opt for a refund, any upcoming instalments with Afterpay will be cancelled and you’ll be refunded any payments already made to the value of your return.
Faulty items
If you spot a manufacturing or printing glitch, don’t wait! Please notify us asap at headbogan@boganstyle.com.au. Send us a picture of the fault so we can jump into action and sort you out with a replacement as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Once your return is received, we we’ll be in touch via email and advise you on the status of your refund/replacement.
Refunds
We’ll process refunds exclusively to the credit card or payment account originally used for the purchase.
